Workout:

7 rounds of 5 pull-ups and 2 minutes walking on treadmill at incline of 9 carrying dual 25lb weights

6 rounds of 5 pull-ups and 10 inverted rows = 60 pull-ups, 50 inverted rows, and 30m of uphill farmer carry
