#Weightedvest #pullup and #chinup supersets. Amrap each set.
Began with a 40lb Vest and chinups. Then dropped a 4lb bag and did pullups. 10 rounds (until I ran out of bags and hit body weight)
#TbarRows with a towel. Because I haven’t done many of these I pyramided up and stopped at 95lbs. 6 sets.
3 sets of 21s (curls):
Reverse grip (empty barbell)
Regular grip (empty barbell)
#Hammercurls (started with 35s and only got the bottom set. Moved to 20s to get the full round done.)
